How FurniSeek checks listings

FurniSeek is designed to avoid presenting old furniture listings as though they are current. We regularly receive and check source data, record when products and retailer offers were last seen, and only keep listings public while they remain inside our freshness rules.

What “Checked” means

A checked time means FurniSeek recently saw that product or offer in its source data. It is a recency signal, not a guarantee that the retailer has not changed the price or availability since that check.

What happens when a listing goes missing

Products and offers that become stale, are confirmed missing, or no longer have the information needed for a useful retailer link are kept out of current public results. We do not deliberately leave an unverifiable old price visible as though it were live.

Retailers and source information

Retailer names, product details, prices and destinations shown by FurniSeek come from the listing data we receive. FurniSeek compares and links to those listings; it does not sell the furniture or fulfil the order.

Always confirm the final price, availability, delivery terms and product details on the retailer’s website. FurniSeek links you to the retailer so you can check the latest information before purchasing.
